Session 3: The Healing Journey of the Heart

Each session is 60 minutes and held weekly - 60 minutes of asana, breathe and meditation practices interwoven with philosophy and knowledge. 

Students will need: - Zoom – technology - Yoga Mats - Props are a plus but not required – pillow blanket, blocks, and straps. - Journal / Pen - Signed waiver to participate This will be an introduction for individuals to yoga practice and themselves beyond just the physical body. Providing a deeper understanding of our bodies and the various layers that make up one’s whole being.
