About the Event
The class will use breath control and the body's own self-imposed tension to create controlled resistance. Using the dynamics of breathing and tension the muscles are activated and the body is oxygenated to give the participant an invigorating total-body training experience. This routine can be done standing or sitting to accommodate any fitness level.
