About the Event
Raise your hearts for Breast Cancer! Join Nichole, an experienced practitioner, as she guides you through an online gentle yoga class with options for all levels. The yoga portion will be followed by breathwork and meditation. Proceeds for this class will go to Brielle Grace Breast Cancer Foundation. After the 45-minute class, let us wind down the evening with some wine or your favorite beverage as we raise our glasses to each other and all those fighting breast cancer. The drawing for the raffle winners will take place right after our cheers. The class is $25 per person for the yoga and meditation, raffle tickets are $20.00, you DO NOT have to be on live to win the raffle. We cannot wait to see you on the mat!!!
