The Art of Thriving is a series of 4, 60-minute sessions facilitated by yoga therapy practitioners. These sessions will include a combination of physical postures, breath work, meditation, and exploration of the various layers that make up ones being.
Session 2: Grounding to Harness your Power
Each session is 60 minutes and held weekly - 60 minutes of asana, breathe and meditation practices interwoven with philosophy and knowledge. Students will need: - Zoom – technology - Yoga Mats - Props are a plus but not required – pillow blanket, blocks, and straps. - Journal / Pen - Signed waiver to participate This will be an introduction for individuals to yoga practice and themselves beyond just the physical body. Providing a deeper understanding of our bodies and the various layers that make up one’s whole being.
