Roseanne hopes you will Join her at 7:00 pm EST for this 30-minute mindful meditation based practice. An intention will be introduced and briefly discussed for the first moment or two. Roseanne, an experienced practitioner, will start the practice with the sound of the singing bowl, allow your mind and body as you follow a meaningful practice with thoughtful intentions. Connect with feeling grounded, peaceful and relaxed, letting go into the stability of the present moment with loving kindness. The practice will end quietly with the sound of the singing bowl, the meeting room will be closed and you are invited to continue with your practice in silence.
