Yoga for Breast Cancer

Take the time for some self-care and support an important cause. Join me on Saturday, July 25th at 9 a.m. for a beautiful online yoga class with instructor Roseanne Reilly as she guides us through gentle slow flow yoga. This class will benefit the Brielle Grace Breast Cancer Foundation, a local nonprofit that helps women and men diagnosed with breast cancer. By participating, you will help us to continue to help them. The class is $25 per person. Click on the link below to reserve your spot today.
