Breath Work is a 30 minute meditation to better your health and eliminate anxiety.



Breathing exercises can help you to relax. Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. It promotes a state of calmness. It helps to bring your awareness away from your worries and quiets the mind.

Grab some oils, try to defuse lavender perfect for relaxation, citrus is great for opening up your senses & peace and calming, these oils help with opening up your senses and allows your body to relax.
