Your donations, your gifts are hard at work helping us to provide free on line classes for breast cancer patients and their caregivers. We now offer an array of FREE classes. Afternoon and evening meditations, yoga classes, prayers groups, zentangle which is doodling for adults. We have teamed up with Hudson Valley Healing Center which provides alternate treatments for common ailments. Every month we offer "Healing in the Salt Cave." This is an afternoon of renewal. Salt caves help to reduce inflammation, improves respiratory conditions calms coughing. This is a spa-like setting.

Next month we will be hosting our first "Virtual Sip N Paint Fundraiser for Breast Cancer." The cost is $20.00 pp. This is a fun way to get together safely. It'll be a fun Sunday afternoon filled with laughter. By the end of the day everyone will have a beautiful painting that they have created. These paintings make for great gifts! We hope you register, grab a friend or even make new friends by joining on our live Zoom Virtual Sip N Paint Sunday March 7th. Be sure to reserve your spots soon. Supplies are NOT included. A list will be provided once registered for this event. We appreciate your support in helping to make a difference for a woman diagnosed today!
